New Jersey Finale

The time has come. In just 4 days we will be headed to Texas. Of course we Ross' like to go out with a bang so we decided to end it by touring New England. My dad and brother came out to visit a couple weeks ago and boy did we have a full schedule planned. Here is our adventures...

So the trip started off with dad and Joe taking a red eye flight from PHX to Georgia. Then from Georgia to Philly. We picked them up Saturday morning and first things first we took them to the Dutch Wagon. The best pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and whoopy pies ever!Monday was our trip to Philadelphia. Here's Meg and Joe on the train. Ain't they cute. Meg is one of the young women in my ward. Independence Hall of course. Joe is pretending he's holding it. What a nut.

This was the room where the Declaration of Independence was signed and also later the Constitution on the United States was signed. The most wonderful spirit presided in this room. You could feel it the moment you walked in. Amazing.
Philly cheese steaks. Dad and Joe kept saying that Charles in AZ was so much better. Those Arizonans. Liberty bellThomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence in this house. It's about 2 short blocks from Independence Hall. Can't forget Reading Terminal.
Buying chocolate in one of the many great shops at Reading Terminal.

Nice.
