So I find some Bluebonnets and tell the kids to go run and sit down in them. On the way Boston trips and skins his knee which leads us to all sorts of emotions because he sees blood. Rendon starts freaking out because there is a lady bug on him. Let's just say the pictures didn't turn out well.
Later after this event John informed me it's only cheesy Texans that do this, and we are definitely not that (followed by laughter).

Oh and the boys wanted to swim this week. It was cold but they didn't care. Kids are funny.

awesome! that is hilarious! and John is just jealous of those Texans that do have cute photos of their family in the bluebonnets! (not that you would be jealous of me... but it does make for a very pretty photo!)
Ok, I have so many pictures of me and my comps out in the bluebonnets and indian skirt floers! That is one of the big things I miss about Texas, followed by the amazing rolling plains!
